This week's feature blog is:
Ninja Girl Reads
This week's question:
It's circle time! Time for us to open up and share. Can you tell us FIVE quirky habits or things about you? We all have them...
Hmmm...I'm getting a sense of deja vu here!
OK, here are my FIVE quirky habits/things about me:
1. I'm OCD when it comes to shelving and storing my books...even ebooks. My Nook is categorized by the following shelves: genres, for review, read, series to start, series to finish and novellas.
2. I read more than one book at a time, usually up to three at a time without getting the plots mixed up!
3. I'm a night-owl who does her best blogging when the creatures of the night come out to play!
4. When I'm stressed, spending time in a bookstore is the only therapy I need!
5. I've been fascinated with vampires and werewolves since I was a little girl and dreamed of meeting one someday...actually I secretly still do!
Happy Follow Friday!
18 & Over Book Blogger Tagalong Friday is a weekly theme hosted by Laurie at Bitten by Paranormal Romance where book bloggers who review adult books come together to make new friends and share little tidbits about themselves!
Question of the week:
Did you set yourself a reading goal?
I usually don't set a goal but like to try and read more and more with each passing year. Last year I read 90 books so I set a goal to reach 100 this year. I'm definitely on my way to reach that goal sooner than I thought since I'm currently 21 book ahead of schedule! For the most part I just keep track of the books I read...I like to stick to one rule when it comes to reading: quality over quantity!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and good luck with reaching your goal. Have a great weekend!

Thanks for stopping by Bitten Books! I'm following your blog now too :)
ReplyDeleteI love being a nightowl. At night is the only time I can get things done. During the summer I actually change my sleep schedule so that I sleep from 6AM to 2PM.
Hey :)
ReplyDeleteI wish I could do your #2 up there. I've tried, and I don't necessarily mix up the plots, but I usually just end up getting pulled into one over the other and finish it first just 'cause. *shrugs* Anyway, I noticed that in your "About Me" you mentioned sexy Alpha males and a strong heroine. You've probably read them already, but one of my fave series is the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs. Now, that lady knows how to write some sexy heros :)
Going off to follow now,

Love your list! And I still secretly wish it as well. ;) I've always thought about all the mythology about vamps erasing minds and wounds... Basically I've come to the conclusion you might have met one without you knowing! Lol.
ReplyDeleteOld follower! My quirky list can be found here!
Rebecca @ kindle fever
I too suffer from book organizing OCD. Now that I have a Kindle I use a book management program called Calibre. It makes things so much easier.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend.
Thanks for stopping. :) Old follower returning the love... :) I am mostly OCD with my books, if I had more room, I could have them organized the way I want them - by genre, author, etc... right now they are at least separated by genre. :)And for a stress reliever- I often just sit and organize them, it's relaxing. :)
ReplyDeleteMandy @ Reality Bites
I've always had an obsessive thing about faeries... Still do. ;)
ReplyDeleteMy Blog Hop & FF!
